These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User" or "You") and 777cx7 (the "Platform", "Operator", "We" or "Us") governing your access to and use of the 777cx7 website located at https://777cx7.cam and all associated services, including sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, account management, promotional offers and customer support.

• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes that are found to be fraudulent or in bad faith.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777cx7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's activity raises AML or fraud concerns.
• The Player is identified as accessing from a Restricted Territory.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or is otherwise subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion.
• The Operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority or court order.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player subject to applicable KYC checks and provided no outstanding compliance holds exist. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 777cx7, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the Platform's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. The Operator will acknowledge all formal complaints within five business days and endeavour to provide a final resolution within 28 days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the Player may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction as determined by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. The specific escalation path will be communicated to the Player upon exhaustion of the internal procedure.

777cx7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice upon login prior to the changes taking effect.

The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at https://777cx7.cam/terms-conditions and will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure with a withdrawal of any real-money balance prior to the effective date of the change.
